Returns & Exchanges

At Johnson Fitness, we are committed to your peak performance; if your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with all components included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your equipment if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for larger cardio machines.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
